Hey everyone! It's been a while, but I have been on an amazing journey in 2023. So many blessing this year as I continue to grow. I took a little break from writing the blog as I was working on a few other adventures this year that I want to share with you.
After a 5-month journey, I am excited to share that I have officially completed the Chopra Meditation Certification! 🙌🧘♀️
This journey has been incredibly transformative, and I am now equipped with the knowledge and skills to deepen my practice and guide others on their meditation journeys. More to come with this but if you want to learn or take a journey into Meditation with me, I am happy to help.
Meditation has played a profound role in my life, helping me find inner peace and balance amidst the chaos of everyday life. With this certification, I am now ready to share the power of meditation with all of you.
But that's not all! I am also thrilled to announce the launch of my new podcast with my friend Catherine, The Woo Woo Chicks. 🎙️ This podcast is a space where we will share our personal journeys and how we discovered our passion for spirituality, energy healing, navigating the ups and downs of life. From divorce, dating later in life, going back to work after raising kids, retiring, to blended families and everything in between. We will also take you on a journey through our own spiritual awaking.
Each episode will provide valuable insights, practical tips, and inspiring stories to help you find inner harmony and lead a more balanced life.
